ABOUT Gaye Miller
New Zealand is a beautiful country, from its vibrant cities to its rural towns. Its people are friendly and welcoming.
The landscape is just breathtaking. There are the magnificent mountains of the Southern Alps. The blue waters of the Bay of Islands. Sulphur mud pools in Rotorua. The Art Deco architecture of Hastings and Napier, saved after the 7.8 earthquake in February 1931.

With children now grown up, Gaye moved to the stunning Hawke's Bay with it amazing landscapes, art deco architecture, world-renowned wines and delicious food. And yes, there is another book on the way to help you discover, as Gaye has, this special part of New Zealand.
Gaye has appeared on TVNZ Breakfast show, National Radio and other local radio stations. She has written travel articles for the Parent Centre magazine, New Zealand Hearld and several other publications.
